Iran Ventilator company, (private joint stock), was established and registered in Tehran 1974. The company was distributor and sole agent for domestic and industrial ventilators: (sollery Palau Gebhardt ventilator, J.E.Stork …) In 1979 by changing ownership and management started to manufacture fans and get the license from the ministry of industries in 1983.

Iran Ventilator Co. has been a member of Iranian chamber of commerce and industries since 1974, member of Iranian society of industrial Management since 1984 and member of Iran Society of Heating Refrigeration Industries Since 1993 .
